I bought a new house in Canyon Lake from Sal-Tex in July 2021.  I was completely happy with the quality of the work and, even more importantly, with the honesty and helpfulness of the owners.  Porfirio and Susie were very friendly, responsive, and reasonable throughout negotiations and sales, and even after closing.  Susie provided a great binder with all the paperwork (like septic system plans) and vendor contact and contract information for things like natural gas and septic service.  When the building inspector came out before closing, he remarked that he was impressed with the quality of the build.  Over the next year, I called on Porfirio multiple times to do additional contractor work (additional fencing and landscaping) and was just as happy with that work.  I had one issue a couple of months after closing: the dishwasher developed a leak.  Porfirio came right out and fixed it at no charge.  I fully recommend Sal-Tex and would definitely call on Porfirio and Susie again.
